DEPOSITS REQUIRED 

Due to the recent increase in “no show” appointments and late cancellations, we at Marvelous Nails will require a $15.00 deposit per service at time of scheduling. This policy was originally implemented for online scheduling, but will now be for all scheduling made through online, call in, or walk in.

DEPOSITS

  • All appointments requires $15 deposit per service to guarantee your reservation. This is now required for BOTH online and call-in appointments. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if changes are not made at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be deducted from your total when you come in for your appointment.


 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please give us a call or text.

  • If the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded.

  • If the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time.

  • If the appointment is missed (cancellation less that 24 hours in advance / no show), you will forfeit your deposit.

  • If the appointment is rescheduled with less that 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit.
 

 

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS: Same policies apply to same day appointments.
 

A “no show” is someone who is not present at the time of their scheduled appointment and has not provided adequate notification.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
